My current weight is 61 kg I wanna loose weight to 55 kg so please suggest a energetic & weight loosing diet.

you can start with walk/ jogging / running etc as per your daily routine. take sprouts/ paneer / s/w etc in your breakfast. include salads and seasonal vegetables in your diet take frequent and regular meal plenty of water is good for you. make a regular note of your weight. it will be much better again to take the diet plan as per your blood group, body constitution and bodily parameters ( fat/ muscles and water retention).
