Approximately after how many days tooth sensitivity will fully reduce after scaling?

5 Doctors Answered
Dear Lybrate user, you may use any anti sensitivity toothpaste and gum astringent to get rid of sensitivity. Apply the toothpaste in all sensitive areas like an ointment, keep it for 5-6 minutes and then brush it off. Massage using gum astringent, let it stay for 6-7 minutes, spit gently and don't rinse, eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes. If the sensitivity still persists, please consult your local dentist.
