-To begin with, stop sugar,gur ,shakkar, honey ,glucose and products containing them. Reduce amount of rice . Cook in minimum oil. Have plenty of fruits and salad Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily -Start with daily brisk walk for 45 minutes -Ensure 7 to 8 hrs of sleep daily.
