I quit masturbate for stamina purposes, if I go to massage they have happy ending the other person will help us to ejaculate, masturbation is done by ourselves we loose lot of stamina if other person touch our genital we will loose out stamina! If we touch our sexual part means it's masturbate, if the opp gender by doing massage or bj will we loose stamina? Or it's different from masturbate?

Whether you masturbate or other person does it for u, no major energy lost. It s your wish and fantasy who wants to do it. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse.
