Weightiness in head. Heartpalptations. I am a smoker. Too. Sometimes feels dizziness. Weightiness in head is growing more and more since 2 months. Checked the eyesight and using glasses. I have sight. Issues.but now vision is clear. But weightiness in head is a main problem. Feeling like low bp. Unable to concentrate on anything. Mood fluctuations. Any suggestions please.
