Pcv and Rota vaccine was administered in 8 weeks. Next due date is after a month. Is it necessary to give second dose of the same vaccination?

Both PCV and Rota virus vaccines are optional vaccines as per Indian academy of [pediatric guidelines, but if there are no financial constraints one should always go for these vaccinations as they decrease a good amount of morbidity in under 5 years of life.
