I have chest pain .smoking habit is there. Sometimes i get more pain. What should i do?

Dear Lybrateuser, - You have to stop smoking as it is causing harmful effect as pain is one of its symptoms - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, lean meats, nuts - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, also do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning - take over the counter pain relief tablet if pain is more - get investigations done, blood hemoglobin, blood sugar, cholesterol, x- ray chest & consult a doctor.
