You need to increase the dose of the medication if your are taking only once daily. Also need to know about kidney function and hba1c before advising a change. Your postprandial is on the higher side, but if the hba1c is close to 6.5 you don't need to worry much.

There is no difference between both the injections. The terms methylcobalamin and mecobalamin are interchangeable. The short form is mecobalamin and the vitamin b12 scientific name is methylcobalamin.

Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads. & fruits. Use whole g...more

Hello,
your blood glucose is really high for your age. You need to control your blood glucose levels aggressively, otherwise, you will be at a very high risk of diabetes complications as you are young. You need some drastic lifestyle changes and change in medications. When did you do your hba1c (glycosylated hemoglobin)

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. The details given are too general. As I understand your mother of 67 years has diabetes for 13 years. She was well controlled , but now she is not having proper control due to ( according to you) a ban on certain combination.
First of all the three drug combination brands are still there. Secondly there is no mention about her earlier of current glucose levels (Fasting & PP) as well as HbA1c%. No mention about dietary pattern, weight, ...more
