About Zedex P Syrup

Zedex P Syrup is an over the counter medicine consumed to bring relief from dry cough, back pain, breathing problems, common cold, bronchitis, sinusitis, eye mydriasis, flu and other such conditions.

It is composed of menthol, bromhexine, phenylephrine and dextromethorphan. The use of this syrup increases the excessive mucus in respiratory tract resulting in thinner phlegm. This causes decrease of activity in the part of brain that causes cough.

The syrup constricts the blood vessels which decreases the flow of blood. This relieves nasal congestion and minor pains. Be careful and contact your doctor immediately if you observe any of these effects.
