That is quite delusional and is not such a good sign at your age. Apart from the medications you are taking, you must seek the help of a counselor and learn some new skills and techniques to deal with daily life. That person will also help you understand reality from fiction. You must trust the person and learn to agree and live by what s/he says in spite of your inner leanings. You are distorting reality and illusions and delusions will plague you endlessly if you do not combine therapy with me...more

deep breathing is another effective way to relieve stress and anxiety. It helps you with physical symptoms such as shallow breathing and rapid heart rate, and it also helps with controlling your thoughts. When you practice deep breathing, you're forced to take your thoughts off of whatever is causing you anxiety and to focus on the breathing technique that you are using.

I also believe that the quality of your sleep has a lot to do with your daytime routine and it does help if you could explain your sleep in detail with your psychiatrist. I am suffering from cannabis induced psychosis from 8 years. See I am really stressed and depressed in my life. I hear voices which bully me, I see people talking about me and all things. I am educated about symptoms but not getting a treatment. Please I need treatment. Will anyone help. Escitalopram, venlafaxine, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, oleanz plus, lurasid. All done on me. I gave every medicine enough time. I mean to every medicine a year. And every single medicine I mentioned gave me panic attacks, heavy eyes, heavy head. Please understand me I blindly followed every psychiatrist I visited but what will I do when the medicine gives me relaxation for 1 week, than headache starts, after that heavy head and sometimes panic attack. After that my doctor says its due to anxiety, I still take it, than a worst panic attack comes. Than I take etizolam, than paroxetine starts than the same thing repeats after sometime. From last 5 years, I am in a circle of my health. Crying.
