Apart from the medications you are taking, you must seek the help of a counselor and learn some new skills and techniques to deal with daily life. Dear lybrate-user, I can see the trouble. Usually anxiety disorder comes under disorders, not disease. Mental disorder do not need any medicines for management. Any clinical psychologist should be able to provide you with psychotherapy methods to overcome your anxiety problem provided you give us every details. There must be an underlying factor for your anxiety neurosis. Take care.

you seem to be having problem of communication also. Please write each symptoms separately, its duration, which drug worked as percentage, how long did you take and what was the dose, weight gain, sugar level, thyroid level, etc from 2005 onward. Discuss with your parents also about the details, month by month. Then take a private consultation with a psychiatrist nearby.

These are all psychotic symptoms and need not only medication but also intense psychotherapy. If you have not tried therapy, you are likely to get worse and suffer unnecessary disturbances.
