About Vageston 100 MG Injection

Vageston 100 MG Injection is used as a hormone replacement therapy and administered into women’s bodies when their body is not able produce enough progesterone. It helps in reducing menopause symptoms and the risk of cancer in uterus . It also helps in managing menstrual disorders in women and used as contraception. Vageston 100 MG Injection can be classified as Progestins and works by bringing changes in the endometrium and decreses the level of estrogen in the uterus.

medicine-common-name> is known for causing some side effects such as nausea, diarrhoea, mood swings, abdominal pain, flatulence, rash, itching, sleepiness, vomitting and dizziness. Some other serious side effects are chest pain and discomfort, difficulty in passing urine, great lumps, fever and chills, blurred or loss of vision and convolutions.

Vageston 100 MG Injection should not be used if you allergic to it, or have a heart, blood vessel, or liver disorder. You should avoid the injection If you have had a miscarriage, experience abnormal vaginal bleeding, are pregnant or have breast cancer. Vageston 100 MG Injection should not be taken in combination with carbamazepine, ketoconazole, insulin, phenobarbital, venetociax and edoxaban. Therefore, it is suggested to inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications. The duration of action of each dose is based on factors like your age, dosage form, etc. In case of overdosing contact your doctor immediately.

        Phenobarbital

        Report the use of either of the medicine to the doctor. You may need a dose adjustment or frequent monitoring to ensure the safe use of these medicines together. Use of progesterone for birth control should be avoided while taking phenobarbital. Do not stop the use of any medicine without consulting your doctor.

        Venetoclax

        Report the use of either of the medicine to the doctor. You may require a dose adjustment and frequent monitoring to safely use these medicines together. Report any side effects like vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue etc to the doctor. You doctor may prescribe safer alternatives that do not interact in such cases.

        Edoxaban
