Yes it is very safe, in fact it will keep you at peace and prevent further complications. Chances of you getting pregnant r almost nil with the sex on day 1 of menstrual cycle. But you did the correct thing by taking i-pill. It may cause little irregular menses for a month or so but there will not be any pregnancy and those menses r managable.

Try to start your day early in the morning. Write down the things that you want to do during the day, and follow that routine. Have healthy food and on time. Have plenty of water. You need some physical exercise, like walk, jog, run, cycling, gym, yoga. Choose whatever you like and do it. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. You might be in some shok in life end you are thinking on it. Live it past think about today end tommaro. Keep your self bussy in some activity red good books. If you don't have work than go to temple pray to god.
Do meditation. In night take sarpgandha vati (tablet) 1 tablet 15 minuties before going to sleep think that I wants to sleep only no thinking. Feedback after 10 day's.

Avoid sitting cross legged.
Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
