Hello, thanks for the query.
I have sen the details given. I do not understand why did she not upgrade her treatment much earlier when there was no corona? Her fasting glucose shown has been extremely high. Dear, there are many things to consider for a diabetes control. Regular medications, diet control & exercise, mood swings, duration of diabetes. First you need to address these issues. If there is no problem with these then consult your diabetes doctor.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
To control blood glucose apart from taking Insulin and tablets, dietary control and regular exercise are equally important. The reason blood gkucose goes up is because the food intake is high or there are foods which get converted to glucose quickly are more in your diet. Plus there needs to be a proper adjustment of dosage of the medicines being taken. Thanks.
