Try modifying your diet. Cut down on refined cereals, sugars and junk food. Have more whole cereals, whole pulses, low fat dairy, whole fruits etc. Include plenty of vegetables in the diet. Also, drink at least 2 liter water per day. Hope this will help!

If your having thyroid your weight loss will be slow. For this you should do daily walking for at least 45 minutes. Have your meals 5-6 times a day which is low in carbohydrate like roti, brown rice, salads. Stop having raw cabbage, soy and soya product and do not have anything to eat for half an hour after taking your thyroid medicine.

hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. you should do abdominal exercise.
take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning.
don't take rice at night, don't skip breakfast.
you should do skipping and swimming.
take small meals in frequent intervals.
