You can follow these steps for consistent weight loss.
1. Focus more on increasing fitness levels then weight will also reduce.
2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet, before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc
5. Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in meals.
6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

All such medicines which promise miracles never achieve any results. The only thing you will lose is time and money + lead to more frustration and loss of self-confidence. The fundamental issue is excessive food, which your body does not need. That needs to be reduced and extra fat to be burnt by exercise. 1.If you want to lose weight then follow these steps. 2. Eat negative calorie food like cucumber, orange, pears and etc.
Next eat high protein diet like fish, chicken cooked with less oil and egg white.
Take mushrooms, cabbage, tomato, brinjal, green leaves cook with out oil or less oil
do regular exercise like walking and very simple exercise thrice a day for 1 hour.
Avoid using rice, pastry, bakery and wheat and biscuits.
