Your doctor is right. But drinking water just before does not help. You must drink water throughout the day. Avoid drinking or eating just before you run or upto 1 hour after your run. You can take few sips of water during the run though but avoid more than a glass.

To get fair complexion u need to change ur dietary habits. Eat healthy, stay healthy as we say. Diet should b balanced one ie it should include vit, proteins, carbs, fats, minerals. Drink plenty of water and eat more of fibre rich food, that is good to avoid constipation thereby increasing skin glow. Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill/swimming for at least 60 minutes daily.
Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can.
Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked.
Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day.
Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast.
Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

please get your serum calcium and vitamin D3 levels done by blood tests.
Do hot fomentation, and take adequate rest fir 3 days.
Take pain meds also for 3 days.
Do back muscles strengthening exercises under a physiotherapist
show your blood reports to an orthopedic surgeon who may do further evaluation and management
take protein rich nutrition's.Avoid lifting weights

Panic attacks maybe controlled by medicines, but they are rooted in your thinking- they are triggered by your perception. If you really wish to get rid of the problem take psychotherapy/ counselling sessions along with medicines. Depending on medicines for relief will only result in a lifetime dependence on medicines with increasing dosages.
