Seems to be fistula in ano, correct thing can only be told after examination and investigations, fistula usually do not heal itself still if you want to try first and foremost step is to avoid constipation by drinking plenty of fluids avoiding oily spicy food and no addictions. Sitz bath with luke warn water with some betadine will be beneficial. Take care.
