If formula 1, cars can't reach you to a place, can small cars do the same. You seem to be having resistant symptoms and very high potency drugs including clozapine have been given. 5htpn and l tyrosine are very very weak over the counter health supplements which are very expensive and lack much efficacy. your questions are more philosphical, obviously the husband has not disclosed his problem before matrimony. The main thing is that sulpitac is used for mental disorders like schizophrenia. But a better approach will be to visit the doctor with the wife who can explain all the details about her husband including the diagnosis, need for medication etc. In any case these disorders can be manged sucessfully and all details should now be atleast privy to the wife.
