Acne usually subsides after adolescence, but may last into middle age. Scarring may occur if severe acne is not treated. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results in acne and pimples and gives relief in long term.
With homoeopathic medicines, also take the following self-care steps to lessen the effects of acne:
Clean your skin gently with a mild soap removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water.
Try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples. ...more

It may help till you use it.
Once you will stop it the acne will come back. Also there are other side effects.

The better option is homoeopathic treatment..
No side effects and permanent solution..

Wash your face daily with a mild cleanser and lukewarm water.

Do not pick! Discipline yourself not to pick your spots, as this may encourage scarring.
Wash carefully. Wash the affected area twice a day with a pH-balanced, unperfumed soap. Avoid facial scrubs and abrasive cleansers, which might increase the inflammation of the skin and make scarring more likely.

Hi, acne requires longterm management. Tablets are needed if creams don't give results. The doctor may give higher antibiotic if azithromycin is not effective. It takes 3-4 months to get appreciable response. So please continue your treatment under a dermatologist and you will get results.
