Hi.......Inositol and Chromium are the dierty suppliments work a bit but not that much. If u donn't wanna take Divery 20 because of side effects there are lots more effective medicines for PCOS u can go for that.

If you are having regular periods then you can discontinue in 3 months. Start a regular regime of specific exercises for pcod and dietary control. All should be fine.

For increasing weight and height best natural way is start doing Surya namaskar in the morning. Have a heavy breakfast eat lots of banana, sprouts, milk and milk products, almonds, eggs,walnut.
