Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
It is good to see that both BP and blood glucose are fairly well controlled. Increase in microalbuminuria and creatinine suggests that kidney are getting affected mostly due to diabetes.
One of the group of drugs recommended for hypertension with diabetes is ACE-Inhibitors like Lisinopril, Enalepri or ARBs like Losartan, Telmisartan or Olmesartan etc. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
Usually with TSH < 10 mU/L, no treatment is advocated. However, if there are troublesome symptoms are present then treatment is given. In your case symptoms like constipation, fatigue and cold intolerance as well as weight increase are indicating that there is a need for treatment. Your BP is also not in good control (ideally with treatment it should be 120 to 130 / 70 to 80 mmHg). Thanks.

Hello lybrate-user lal.
Start your day doing some exercises or yoga. If you are diagnosed as having seasonal affective disorder, getting outside particularly when the light is brightest can be beneficial to you. Eat well. Share your feelings with the closed ones and listen their feelings too. Practice mindfulness and relaxation exercises in your everyday life. As you are having problems in sleep, you must practice healthy sleeping habits like avoid taking caffeine before 6 hours of bedtime, ...more

nexovas is similar to amlodipine 5 mg. Amlodipine has been tested for 40 years and proved to be the best bp medicine for majority of patients. Nexovas is a copycat product but has not been tested sufficiently. Best to avoid 'latest medicines' like Nexovas when very reliable alternative is freely available .

1) Yes Cilnidipine causes increased frequency of micturition, so you can consult your treating doctor for an alternative medication. 2) Your painful neuropathy could be secondary to diabetes or due to vitamin B12, folic acid or calcium deficiency or due to some nerve compression and it would be best for you to consult an orthopedician or neurosurgeon for evaluation, they may ask you to get an MRI done to confirm the diagnosis and advice further treatment accordingly. 3) for reducing UTI you shou...more
