As per your concern I would suggest you to do following remedy
1. Cut, de-seed and crush 4-5 Indian gooseberries to paste
2. Press this paste on a sieve and extract the juice
3. Take 2 tsp of this Indian gooseberry juice
4. Add ½ tsp nutmeg powder
5. Mix well
6. Drink 2 times a day
This is very helpful

Hello Lybrate user, we only remove teeth only if it is not performing it's function i.e chewing or aesthetics or is non- restorable. In your case you being 32 I wouldn't recommend the extraction. Yes implant can replace missing teeth but implant has a life of maximium 15 years what after that. I think you should selectively remove those tooth which are too mobile to keep them. Hope this helps.
