You may keep a gap of half an hour...

You consider homoeopathic treatment for permanent results and to get rid of life long medicines and their side effects.

One thing u can do is change the brand and see if u find any relief as metformin is a very good medicines. You can try cetapin XR 500 thrice daily. Also use tab pantodac 40 for 15 days.
If symptoms don't resolve, then guess we need to stop metformin.

To get pregnant you need to have fallopian tubes patent which is checked by hsg test and semen should be adequate quality which is checked by semen analysis. These both tests are done before the treatment of any infertile couple. Once the above tests are normal, then treatment with clomiphene citrate is started with monitoring of egg. You need to consult a good gynecologist who would start proper treatment for u.

If your thyroid and sugar both under control, then don't think too much. Thyroxine is to be taken on empty stomach and metformin to be taken with food and both doesn' t have any interaction with each other.

These are latest formulations where medicines are sprayed onto a matrix; after the medicines get absorbed, the matrix comes out with stool. This is normal.
