Counsellor cannot suggest medications. I can understand your husband is having mood disorder and also dependent on diazepam, which will worsen mood symptoms, also produce cognitive decline (early onest dementia), and personality changes. You need to consult a psychiatrist and give him appropriate antidepressants at the same time gradually weaning him off diazepam and giving alternate safe medication. All the best.

Anal fissure and piles can be together so don’t be under misconception that if you have haemorrhoids you cannot have fissure it is necessary for you that you get yourself examined by a surgeon to rule out fistula or abscess - meanwhile you can take tablet cremalax once before sleep and apply white vaseline at anus twice daily.

I have horrible back pain. I have been perceived very very strong pain medication and it does nothing. I have been on codeine, tramadol, hydrocodone, morphine, dilaudid, oxycodone, buprenorphine, and hydromorphone. Nothing works. I have been given that medication by pills, shots and i.v's. I have been on 4 32 mg of hydromorphone and it does nothing for me in fact I don't even feel an side effects. This medication should knock out an elephant but it does nothing at all for my pain. Medication that should bring a 400lbs to the ground does not even effect me and 160lbs woman. I don't take the medication regularly so it should help with my pain but nothing. I'm also on 30 mg of diazepam and that to does nothing for me. I feel like i'm going to be looked at as a drug seeker. That could not be any further from the truth. I just want pain relief. I can't explain why my body just does not respond properly to any drugs. I'm really at a loss right now. My pain is so bad I can't roll over in bed and when it spikes I can't breathe.
