Hello lybrate-user! you don't need such medicines if you have developed sprain in the toe. You should take rest for 4-5 days, apply splint, and take antiinflamatory agent for 4-5 days. I would advise not to take medicines over the counter from next time before seeing a doctor.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?

You are very young and dynamic. Tension and ghabrahat is a very small thing in front of you. Be energetic to possess all the positive energy in your life. Because everything is on your hand. Your health. Your thought process. Everything is with you. Just need little polish. Don't be scared. No body is going to kill you or eat you. Talk to one psychologist/ counsellor. It may be a relapse of h.pylori so you might need above antibiotics, you please meet your doctor again and notify on no relief. Additionally may try syrup mucaine gel 10 ml three times (shake well before use), 20 mins before meals. With this history very important it is to maintain diet, please so not eat from outside, or have oily and spicy food. You gi system is weak and you have have a good diet, strictly, before any medication.

It would most probably be due to gerd or peptic ulcer
avoid caffeine choclate alcohol smoking
eat healthy food rich in dietary fibre
I would recommend aciloc rd tablet 1-0-1 30 min before food it contains omeprazole and domperidone which would prevent gas formation and act as prokinetic to improve bowel movement
if it does not settle in a week you should visit any nearby hospital for endoscopy and further workup.
