Yes. Lithium in long term can cause increase creatinine but that doesn't mean ki kidney kharab ho gaya. Get blood lithium levels checked and keep them in th. Range. Also get a urine routine test and then review.

Get yourself immediately evaluated by a cardiologist as it can be independent symptoms from your depression. Do not force your wife for sex, if she is not willing. But since you are active there are many ways in which you can satisfy the same. The medications appear good, but attend review regularly for blood tests to find if things are normal. All the best.

Just want to say you that don't take any medicine by your own. You need to consult with your previous psychiatrist because he knows your symptoms very well .I think do follow up with the Dr. & ask him. That will help you definitely.
