The glucose levels mentioned are definitely high. It appears that present (new) treatment is not suiting you. Since no details are mentioned in terms of drugs and dosage, it is difficult to comment. If the previous treatment was giving good results with better glucose control, what was the reason for changing? continue same but take glimipiride metformin sr 1 20 min before breakfast instead lunch

It seems that the diet also is not being followed. Please follow strict diet and exercise. Continue current medicines and add tab olymprix 20 mg one after breakfast and tab pioz 15 mg one after dinner. Check blood sugars after 10 days and consult your doctor.
