Hello sir, thanks for the query. Your medication needs to be changed. Start zoryl mv1 one tablet before lunch and 1 before dinner. Also start tab ziten m 20/500 one tablet in morning before breakfast. Keep your routine regular.
Eat food at regular intervals (every 4 hourly. Eat a balanced diet.
Exercise for atleast 1 hr daily.
Check your sugars after 1 month fbs, pmbs, hba1c.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have sen the details given. I do not understand why did she not upgrade her treatment much earlier when there was no corona? Her fasting glucose shown has been extremely high. Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg. Pp should be around 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7% (both pp & hba1c% not mentioned). Dear, there are many things to consider for a diabetes control. Regular medications, diet control & exercise, mood swings, duration of diabetes. First you need to address these issues. If there is no problem with these then consult your diabetes doctor.
