One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the ex...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
It is very difficult to understand what you mean by"Glimepiride & Metformin are not working". As no details about blood glucose (fasting & PP levels) HbA1c% are given. So my suggestion is please come back with all the following details : Current fasting, Pp glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise, diet pattern, lipid profile and BP readings. After going through those details I will be able to guide. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
You can take generic drugs with same combination, But please observe whether you are getting similar control of blood glucose on changing. Then please do continue those. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user Gemer is a combination of glimepiride and metformin. It is good drug and never been associated with electrile dysfunction. Though the commonest adverse effect js hypoglycemia. It is stress which might be the main factor for electrile dysfunction. As your sugar levels are within normal limits. Current dose can be tapered with more focus on diet and exercise. You can call me if needed. Regards.
