I am 28 years old am type 2 diabetics for almost 3months. I succeed in controlling my blood sugar within 2.5mns. My present blood sugar is PP 117 & Fasting 98. Now Gemer 2 is being used 1.5pc per day according to doctor advice. Due to diabetics I never fill low excitement during sex in all time, none but in evening time. I already have tried for 4months for being a child, but I failed. So please advice me what should be done by me in this condition for being a father and also want to know that is Gemer tablet bad for male fertility?

Dear lybrate-user Gemer is a combination of glimepiride and metformin. It is good drug and never been associated with electrile dysfunction. Though the commonest adverse effect js hypoglycemia. It is stress which might be the main factor for electrile dysfunction. As your sugar levels are within normal limits. Current dose can be tapered with more focus on diet and exercise.
