for pink stretch marks:
you can massage gently any good brand oil containing more percentage of vitamin e like olive oil, coconut oil, egg oil, bio-oil twice and aloe vera daily, but after completion of 1&1/2 months of giving birth (if the delivery was normal) or after 4 months (in case of caesarean section that too depends upon the condition of the stitches and the area).

For stretchmarks:
1. Try to scrub the area daily and put vitamin e oil
2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes
3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day
4. Use rich cocoa butter before going.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain.
Treatment-
1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day.
Diet-
Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.
