Just try to take small targets of small things to fulfill in day to day life and try to finish them on time. Do not commit any promise about anything to anyone unless and untill you can not fulfil them. Prevent yourself from distractions. You can meditate and can perform yoga to improve your concentration. Reward yourself often as you accomplish your set goals. This will definately helps. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking.

As belly fat is very stubborn you need to focus on proper food and exercise to reduce it.
Avoid fried, junk foods, starchy foods & vegetables, sweets, chocolates, ice cream, processed foods, soft drinks etc.
Also with proper diet, exercise is equally important to reduce your belly fat so, a minimum of 45 minutes brisk walk a day is compulsory

Hello. Ms. As per information you have provided you are only 2 kgs over weight, which can be easily reduced. If you are having abnormal fat deposition in your body then you need to start exercise and get your body toned. Try yogas and stretching. First build-up your stamina with aerobics and free hand exercises, then after a week or so, start with gyming under a professional who can guide you for which exercise to be done for toning which body part.
