Thanks for your query. Folic acid requirement during pregnancy is 600 mcg per day. Pregnancy ke time per day Folic acid 600 mcg ki ek tablet leni chahiye.

Yes, you can take this tablet in 3 months pregnancy. It is calcium with vitamin D supplements and absolutely safe in pregnancy. Take folic acid till 14 weeks of pregnancy and then after that, you can ask your gynaecologist to shift you to iron tablets which contain 0.5 mg of folic acid. Then you can stop folic acid tablets.
