My wife is 1 month pregnant I want to confirm should I started folic acid or not if yes then please tell me name of medicine and mg also and how to take.

Don't use any medicine during pregnancy without the advice of your gynecologist, folic acid can be started once getting tested for your hb levels hence once have the test done and consult your doctor to prescribe you the best suitable supplements. Folivte is the best folic acid supplement available though.

Take regular folvit or vitagreat, one tab daily, but at the same time you should get your antinatal blood tests done along with sonography to help you advise further.
