"dear Lybrate user thanks for sending across your query. Your fatigue could be because of low iron and low ferritin levels, pls take a good iron supplement and take lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Take a diet rich in iron and get your hemoglobin check after 1 month.

Hb deficiency can make you tired and lethargic due to poor supply of oxygen to the cells and this does impact your output and can lead to difficulties in concentration. Do eat iron rich, well balanced diet and iron supplements prescribed by your doctor. Once the hb comes to it's normal levels resulting in good supply of oxygen to the organs, you will feel more energetic and will be able to focus well. You have not mentioned your age. Hi Lybrate user, include iron rich food in diet- like beat, apple, dates, spinach as well as milk to increase Hb level. You may also have vit B12 deficiency so milk, egg & non vegetarian food is rich source of Vitamin B 12. Wet dream is entirely different thing & it's not related with Hb. For wet dreams you need to take medication, you can consult online for the detailed treatment & advice.

These are all routine tests and all seems to be normal. But it does not have the hepatitis c reports being positive.
Another thing is only laboratory tests are not sufficient to evaluate the condition of the patient. We also need to know if he has any symptom.
So better consult with all the details.
And for your knowledge homoeopathy has the best options.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Your TSH if it is 3.9 mU/L, then it is normal. No reason to worry. Hemoglobin 9.5 g/100 ml is low. Needs to be improved. It signifies you have anemia. Start on Iron, B12, folic acid containing preparations. Treatment should go on for 5 to 6 months. Plus take more of green leafy vegetables. Thanks.
