Praxotine is a ssri, it will not make sense to add another ssri. Have you tried snri such as venlafaxine. Switching to snri is potential option. Depending on other symptoms such as level of anxiety, adding bupropion is a good option (unless you have anxiety). Trial of small dose of tricyclic or mood stabilizer are also options.

Dear lybrate-user,
it may be sleep paralysis, the best remedy for you is to practise correct sleep hygiene measures. That is go to bed at same time everyday, keep the room dark, do not watch tv before sleeping. Read a book and get up at the same time.

Dear Nitin,
All the medications you have been prescribed are approved for depression and anxiety . Your doses may need to be optimized for relief. In addition to medication you should try behavioral activation and cognitive behavioral therapy. Please talk to your doctor about it. Try to stick to one doctor and be very open about lingering symptoms. They will be able to help you out. Get well soon.

Dear sir,
I strongly advise you to discuss it with your doctor. Only the doctor who prescribed you medicines is at better judgement of dosage of change of medicines and never ever stop medicines without consulting your doctor.
Depression also needs psychotherapy along with medicines for complete cure. I advise you to consult a therapist for counseling.

Hey lybrate-user. This sounds pretty stressful for you. Have you considered reaching out to a therapist? Medicines work on reducing your symptoms which is essential. But dealing with long standing depression and anxiety requires therapy. Therapy will help you address where these thoughts and feelings that trigger the anxiety and depression come from and process them in a safe environment. This makes the effect last longer because now you have the tools to manage them. Tell your psychiatrist how ...more

It's very difficult to answer your question, as we are not allowed to write prescription here. Also, we do not know what are the medications you took for your condition in the past ('all' is too generic).
All the current medications are good, and proven for long term efficacy.
Just want to add, take nexito forte, petril beta in the evening or night, as have potential for sedation. You might discontinue pristiq and mirtaz if facing problems after consulting psychiatrist (don't stop abrupt...more

It's tough to say whether it's due to drugs, but you better stop imipramine and see for two to four weeks, let me know if this helps.
