Take flexon-MR tablet twice daily as a muscle relaxant, get a night-guard made from dentist, also avoid chewing hard food from the affected side and do moist heat fomentation with a towel dipped in warm water and placing over the jaw joint about 4-5 times daily. Apply piroxicam gel twice daily over jaw joint.

Hi lybrate-user lets first go with mri scan which shows soft tissue image inside you body to rule out the exact cause of pain .it might be due to nerve pinched, irratating ,compression etc. This condition is not shown in x rays .hereafter physiotherapy treatment plan will developed.
Untill take cap dolnex dt .bd for a week, cap bio d3 max .od ,and ranitidine .od ac gives you some relief.
