Aim for a healthy eating pattern
instead of focusing on specific foods, dietitians, physicians, and researchers tout an overall pattern of healthy eating — and healthy eating is easier than you might think. In a nutshell, here's what experts recommend:
eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Go for those with deep, bright color.

You have moderately enlarged prostate with residual urine volume about 54. Cc. Since when you are taking urimax-D it is a good drug. One thing you can try to reduce water intake after 6 pm your night frequency may reduce. please try this and contact me after 15 days, and also please don't go out in cold days avoid excess of alcohol if you are taking. Take bath with warm water and sit in warm water.

Hello, tasulosin dusteride is a 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor and alpha-blocker combination. The 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor (dutasteride) works by lowering levels of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (dht) which is responsible for hairloss. So, intake of this medication would rather help you in retaining your existing and dormant hair as well! so, be happy!

Well. Contiflo contains tamsulosin an alpha blocker. It is used routinely for benign hyperplasia of prostate. It has a role in lower ureteric stones and ureterovesical junction stones as it helps to evacuate them. However in a kidney stone it does not have much role. Your stone size is very small. Take lots of fluids and exercise. You can try cystone tabs. However I don't think contiflo has much role in kidney stones as such. Regards.
