Actually most of the Moisturizer contain such (citric acid) strong ingredients in very very small amount which doesn't cause exfoliation but still to be very safe side (specially when already a dry season winter has started) I would not advice using all three together. Preferably stop face scrub & occasionally use mask.

No, it will not help. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
