Actually most of the Moisturizer contain such (citric acid) strong ingredients in very very small amount which doesn't cause exfoliation but still to be very safe side (specially when already a dry season winter has started) I would not advice using all three together. Preferably stop face scrub & occasionally use mask.

I am 28 years boy. My height is 180 cms and weight is 85 kgs right now. Before 2 months my weight was 93 kgs but after lots of running (approx 8 kms both time morning and evening) and follow up 30 mints exercise after running I reduced my weight approx 8 kgs. But now my weight is staying on 85 kgs from last 1 month. I am following my same routine as before but no further loss in my weight now. Please suggest me to reduce my weight. I want my weight 75 kgs. I take lots of fruits (as watermelon orange papaya and pineapple) in breakfast and dinner. I take honey and lemon with warm water daily after exercise. I take only 2 chapatis with green veg in lunch but no further weight loss after 85 kgs. Please suggest me. If possible please prescribe any homeopathic medicine or any Ayurvedic herbal medicine.
