Hello. Myself Saptarshi Sarkar from Kolkata. I get frequent headache from an average to severe intensity. It generally occurs if I have delayed breakfast (beyond 10: 00 am) or I take any fruit/bread during breakfast. Most severe headache occurs if I am exposed to direct sunlight for more than an hour, so ita difficult for me to have outdoor exposure for long time. Occasionally I take crocin pain relief to relax from extreme headache, but other than that I have no regular medications or any known diseases. I use glasses with high power (-5.75 & -6.25) and I work a lot in laptop/mobile due to my work in software industry. Extended exposure to laptop or mobile gives mild headache, but that is not severe. Exposure to intense summer heat causes strong headache sometimes. I take plenty of water daily & my diet is protein rich. Sometimes I take milk or citrus fruits in morning but I generally try to avoid it due to headache chances. Other than headache, I am in good health. Please advise.

Delaying breakfast causes hypoglygemia and can trigger an headache in anyone. So that is not a disease but a natural phenomenon. 1. Drink plenty of fluids.
2. Cover up before going out in the sun.
3. Sleep for at least 7 hours.
4. Meditation.
5. Avoid loud music.
6. Don't drink extremely cold drinks. Homoeopathy is wonderful in treating such chronic, repetitive complaints. For medicine consult online in private with detailed account of your complaints and reports.(Get a CT do...more

I am suffering from irritable bowel syndrome since childhood. But it has worsened in last few months. I also have hiatus hernia herd (la grade c), diagnosed in june, 2018. I have been taking colospa x (twice before food, lunch and dinner), pan it and ib set (one each, empty stomach in mng). I have also been taking extremely controlled diet. Wheat products are banned, leafy vegetables, milk and milk products (except curd and butter milk), citrus fruits, raw carrots and tomatoes etc. I have roti made from soya, raging, bajra aata (flour), fibre intake, fruits like guava, apples, papaya etc. Which clean stomach. I also used to suffer from constipation. I have started taking lukewarm jeers water early morning. I feel it has started cleaning my bowel effectively. I also suffer from bipolar disorder and have been under medication since 4 years. My Dr. has advised aforesaid medications for ibs and hiatus hernia to go on for another 3 months. I want to stop the medicines as they must be causing side effects but at the same time wary of aggravating ibs and hiatus hernia. please advise.

1) during pregnancy darkening happens because of hormonal changes and one can not prevent and should not hormonal changes.
2) with so many ingredients no one can give scientific answer as no such scientific studies exist still confirm with skin specialist.
