It is very very normal to have the thoughts and feelings of sex at your age. For weight gain, muscles and stamina- drink milk regularly, eat more proteins such as paneer/ tofu, eggs, beans and lentils, peanut butter, various dry fruits and nuts and seeds. Also have other dairy products such as cheese. Eat more bananas and rice.
Along with this diet, exercise regularly. And increase your meal portions by some amount.
