You can get addicted to it and later on won't be able to sleep without it its already two years as you say so try to wean it off slowly by reducing its use slowly like first alternate days then every third day then may be once a week and slowly stopping it dependency on any drug for that matter is not good for uour overall health.

All sleeping tablets give temporary benefit. They may need to be taken in higher doses as tolerance develops. They do not give the natural freshness that follows a normal sleep. You should do some exercise like walking before going to bed as well as after waking up. Regular meditation and yoga help. Try to reduce the dosage of the drug while doing the above. The aim should be to discontinue the drug in the long run.

hi, if for anxiety you want to take restyl then I would suggest try life style modification like yoga, meditation or regular exercise. drink plenty of water, and if possible try homoeopathy, homeopathy will help you get rid of your migraine problem permanently.
