•If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.

Hello, This can be decided only after seeing it clinically and after taking the x-ray of your tooth to find the depth of your cavity based on that either it can be filled or root canal treatment can be done. Option of extraction will be preferred only if the damage is huge and cannot be restored. So kindly visit a dentist.
Thanks.
Thanks.
