Rhinoplasty is a surgery which is performed to work on and reshape the structure and size of your nose. The Surgery

The surgeon will either make an incision outside the nose or inside. The incisions are done to get access to the cartilage and bones supporting the nose. Depending on what the patient requires, cartilage and bone may be added or removed, or tissue could be added.
After the rearrangement and reshaping is done, and the incision is sutured, a splint is put over the nose to support it as it heals. The splint and the nose are carefully bandaged.

Aftercare

You can go home the day the surgery is performed.
Your face and nose will swell up and hurt after the surgery and headaches will be common.

1. Panchakarma to treat Tinnitus

Kawala and Gandush is the gargling of specific medicated oils or kawath (liquid). It provides strength to the nerves of the ears and appeases the vata gandush.
2. Panchakarma to treat Vertigo
The science of Ayurveda does not state vertigo as a chronic disease. Rather it is a disorder of the nervous system. The vitiated pitta is responsible for causing the spinning sensation. Tinnitus And Vertigo Management With Panchakarma!

The inflammation of the cavities around nasal passage is known as sinusitis. When the cavities are full of fluid, germs attach themselves to the fluids, which give rise to infections. Some of the causes of sinusitis are common colds, allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps and deviated septum.

There are 4 different types of sinusitis:

    Acute sinusitis: It remains for about 4 weeks or less. It is usually characterized by a runny nose and pain in the face which will stay for at least 10 to 14 days.
    Sub acute sinusitis: It is almost like the acute sinusitis but stays longer for about 4 to 8 weeks.
    Chronic sinusitis: The inflammation in this case lasts about 8 weeks, sometimes longer than that.
    Recurrent sinusitis: In this, the sinusitis attack keeps occurring all through the year.

Nosebleeds are of two kinds: anterior nosebleed and posterior nosebleed. Nose picking should also be discouraged as it can lead to nosebleeds in case there is a scratch or any other kind of damage when you try to force the dirt out.
It has also been found that smoking has a connection with nosebleeds. This can be fixed if the patient quits smoking.
One should not use nasal sprays without a prescription from a doctor. This also includes antihistamines, decongestants as well as other medicated sprays. These may not suit the patient at all times, and may also lead to nosebleeds.
