Hi m 25 years old and I starting going gym suggest me a high protein diet to increase my strength. Becoz many time I face problem while picking up bubbles weights. Frankly speaking dikhne me mota hu par andar jaan nahi hai so I want suggest me some thing which helps me to increase my strength.

hello fatty body may occur this type of problem first you need to proper exercise like push-up, running etc if your muscles mass grow then you can pick more weight in gym then you start protein rich diet like egg,paneer, milk etc consult me....
