Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to hemorrhoid or fissure in an - for proper defecation have more of fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, whole grains, legumes including beans, pulses, lentils, sprouts, nuts - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - apply ointment Smooth, before & after defecation - do not strain at stools or sit for too long while defecating - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning.
