Sir, I have a problem of severe hair fall caused due to scalpe type dandruff problem on my head. I have been using ketzonohole shampoo and vitamin tablets from last 7 months but there is no improvement on my scalpe. It causes so much irritation on my head. I have using mindoxil solution 10% from 7 months. Plzz suggest any useful remedies of this severe hair fall.

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day.
