I'm having weight issue these days. I want increase my weight is 47. My height is 163. So, to match my BMI. I need it to be 50 kg. What should I eat. And also I'm having cold these days. So, suggest me some foods which does not effect cold and could increase in weight. I have to increase it within these 10 days. Please suggest something relevant and good for me. Thank you.

Hello To increase your weight it is very imp to increasing appetite. Do kapalabhati to regulate body metabolism and appetite. Eat more than your usual calorie intake as this is the simplest way to gain extra kilos. Eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. Beans, pulses, eggs, fish, and meat and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Never skip meals. Avoid fats like red meat, margarine etc as they are bad for the health of your heart.
