I took an ipill on the 25th of December and then again on the 1st of Jan. I got my period also on the 1st of Jan, and they weren't due for another 17 days as per my cycle. They started with slight bleeding and are still going on with the flow like a regular period. Is this normal?

The altered blood flow is because of hormonal imbalance in your body due to huge amounts of hormones in emergency pills. Emergency pills are for emergency only. Don't use them in routine. Do justice to your body .you should preferably use condom, so that you don't need pills. All the best.

Hello, You shouldn't have taken the second ipill. Now if the flow is less then just try to tide over it naturally. It is not normal though, the continued bleed is due to second ipill.
