Take proper care of mouth keep it clean & avoid chewing Pan, Supari etc. Wash mouth with FITKARI JAL ( ALUM+Water), & massage the gums and teeth with IRRIMEDADI TAIL.

You should go for deep scaling and cleaning your teeth by dentist. I think you may suffer from pyorriea .so go for deep scaling.
